Responsibilities
  • Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
  • Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
  • Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
  • Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
  • Be responsive and timely with correspondent and problem resolution displaying a caring attitude
  • Be responsible for scheduling task of field personnel
  • To develop rapport with the customer base, greet by name
  • Take car e of accurate information of the customers and ensure that daily transactions are in order.
  • Maintain position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customers information confidential
  • Be responsive and timely with correspondent and problem resolution displaying a caring attitude
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc. in related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience must be computer literate
  • Must be computer literate.
