Responsibilities
- Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.
- Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
- Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
- Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.
- Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
- Be responsive and timely with correspondent and problem resolution displaying a caring attitude
- Be responsible for scheduling task of field personnel
- To develop rapport with the customer base, greet by name
- Take car e of accurate information of the customers and ensure that daily transactions are in order.
- Maintain position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customers information confidential
- Be responsive and timely with correspondent and problem resolution displaying a caring attitude
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc. in related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience must be computer literate
- Must be computer literate.
