The ideal candidate will be an engineer with 15 years of Production & tool maintenance experience in a Press Shop, with minimum 5 years as Production in-charge / Works Manager.

Qualification:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- 15 years of Production & tool maintenance experience in a Press Shop, with minimum 5 years as Production in-charge / Works Manager.
- Knowledge of Production Planning, tool setting, troubleshooting & preventive maintenance of Hydraulic Presses, waste control, production optimization & manpower management is essential.
- Exposure to Manufacturing Quality Systems, SAP/ERP & project management will be highly preferred.
