Production Manager (Paint Production)

The Role

The Production Manager role will involve coordinating activities in the factory to ensure that products of specified quality are consistently manufactured in line with the company’s profit objectives and on time to meet customer request/expectation; keeping up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensuring full compliance; implementing manufacturing strategies and policies of the business unit; etc.

The Person

- B.Sc/HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering (or related fields) 

- 4+ years experience in paint production 

- Good knowledge of Business Process Design, People and Material Management 

- Basic knowledge of Financial Management and Engineering Practices 

- Creative with good interpersonal and communication skills
