Job Description

 Overall Responsibility:
As a Marketing Campaigns Analyst, you will be responsible for designing the marketing campaign for a given service launch for a Mobile Network Operator and negotiate with the Network together with the Account Manager to win support for programs.
The Marketing Campaigns Analyst will also schedule the necessary Mobile Service Marketing spend to support a service marketing campaign subject to the Chief Sales Officers approval. Other duties will include scheduling, overseeing and managing web development tasks to support online marketing initiatives. In addition, you will create and maintain sales and marketing reports that track and measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute framework/concepts for new service launches for Rancard Products with mobile Network Operators.
-Liaise with internal stakeholders and marketing teams of our clients to facilitate partnerships for product launches, sales and marketing events.
-Create test plans and undertake market analysis for each campaign where necessary
-Develop and manage a system for collating results/feedback from events, launches and Campaigns
-Provide detailed analysis and reports of each campaign/event/launch including interpretation, commentary of results and recommendations
-Ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, to deadline and deliver against business objectives
-Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, implementing changes where necessary
-Campaign return on investment, set targets and goals for each campaign and map out strategies to achieve set targets for each launch showing how they tie into the business objectives
-Ensure there are relevant contracts for service launches that are in partnerships with third party and all media/marketing clauses are enforced
-Manage the marketing budget for campaigns and events
-Manage promotion of existing products and services to yield the desired corporate revenue targets and goals
-Determine marketing mix and channels to use to achieve corporate revenue targets in association with respective account managers/ executive

Job Requirements

 Requirements:
-At least 3+years in a similar role in the mobile industry or a software development company (prior agency work experience supporting campaigns and marketing methods for mobile networks is a plus)
-Accountable and results-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative thinking
-Up-to-date with popular culture, new technologies and current trends
-Excellent command of the English language, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
-Experience with consumer marketing is a plus
-Understanding of Mobile and Web space is a plus
-Experience with online campaigns and advertising
-Able to work as part of a team, to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimum supervision
-Fast learner, willing to innovate and create
-Precise attention to detail: not accepting of anything less than perfection
-Ability to perform under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
-Excellent organizational and communication skills within an international environment
-Proactive, self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment
