Position/Job Title: Sales Executives.

Educational & Professional Qualification: Individual should possess a minimum qualification of B.Sc in marketing, sociology or other social science related courses.

Years of Experience: He/She should have a minimum of 2-3 year(s) work experience in marketing of commercial, maritime & shipping service in similar capacity. Should have a minimum of 2-3 year(s) work experience in marketing of commercial, maritime & shipping service in similar capacity .

Skills: Candidates must have good communication and presentation skills and be result oriented.

Personality: Team player, creative, positive, ambitious.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must have a good understanding of the maritime industry and also flair for selling.
• He/ She should also be able to meet sales target and engage existing / prospective clients for continuous business transactions
• Build good working relationships with customers
• Understand the needs of your business customers
• Research the market and related products
• Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face. listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
• Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Gather market and customer information
• Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
• Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
