Position/Job Title: Sales Executives.
Permanent or Contract: Permanent.
Educational & Professional Qualification: Individual should possess a minimum qualification of B.Sc in marketing, sociology or other social science related courses.
Years of Experience: Individual should have a minimum of 2-3 year(s) work experience in marketing of insurance service (life and non-life) in similar capacity.
Skills: Candidates must have good communication and presentation skills and be result oriented.
Personality: Team player, creative, positive, ambitious.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have a good understanding of the insurance industry and big clientele network base.
- Be able to meet sales target and engage existing / prospective clients for continuous business transactions.
- cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- respond to incoming email and phone enquiries from clients on insurance services or product.
- act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales of insurance services and product .
- gather market and customer information to update sale manager / management
- advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
- Engage in regular market survey to ascertain business competitors, pricing , products etc
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies, plan
- Engage existing clients for referrals
- Write weekly or monthly report as the case may be to sales manger/management.
