JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Introduction:
Due to imminent drive towards business growth, we urgently seek to engage the services of a Strategic Marketer to increase our brand visibility to boost sales and company's revenue.

We are seeking to hire Open Market Sales Representatives who will be responsible for distribution of our cosmetics product (Skin-care, Body care, Make-up, Fragrance, Hair care, Oral care and other needs).

Role Responsibility:

• Aggressive sales of new Cosmetics product.

• The preferred candidate must have eyes for details. 

• Must have effective communication/interpersonal skill.

• Responsible for all sales activities in assigned markets and is the main intermediary between the company and the customer in the achievement of profitable growth, maintaining company visibility and (cash) receivables.

• To sell the company product in the open market to current and potential customers.

• Ensure company products are handled with care and stock rotation is adhered too.

• Addressing customer issues and communicating the information in a timely manner to their immediate manager.

• Cash sales collection and on-time submission.

• Ensure sales route is followed diligently.

• Candidate Requirements.

• Achievement of sales target.

• Preparation of sales performance report weekly and monthly.

• Excellent selling/negotiation skills.

• Must be a high flyer and result-oriented.

• Humility and passion for sales are highly needed.

• Empathy and a sense of humour is a plus.

• Must have a high conversion rate of converting prospects to customers.

• Leadership and Analytical skills are essential.

• Problem-solving skills, Emotional Intelligence and conflict management ability is essential.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must have Sales Experience, at least 6 months to a year.

• Age: Between 25-35 years old.

• Must have practical knowledge of Sales Fundamentals, Persuasive Selling Format, Steps of a Call, Objection Handling and negotiation skills.

• Remuneration (Salary: 50% fixed & at least 50% variable based on achievement of sales Target).
